"Thank you to Emma for delivering an invaluable session on the importance of diet and nutrition to our 2011 football team. The session was received extremely well by 19 twelve year old’s, and their parents, and included clear, concise slides, detail and explanation from Emma. Our boys listened and participated in the talks, which was great to watch. The interactive quiz was also a huge hit and the slides forwarded after by Emma, were gratefully accepted by all parents. This was a brilliant session of learning for both the kids and the parents, for understanding the importance and connections between food nutrition and hydration and their sports.
